The User Interface (UI) Designer works closely with user experience (UX) designers and other design specialists. His/Her job is to make sure that every page and every step a user will experience in their interaction with the finished product will conform to the overall vision created by UX designers. He/She figures out the steps consumers will use when accessing technology, then design models that shorten or streamline the steps in the process to create a better user experience.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
- proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as Sketch
- strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Familiarity with Human-Computer Interaction
Skills needed for this role
The User Interface (UI) Designer must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. He/She must be a critical thinker and has problem-solving skills. Having good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
