Sales Representative

Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Sales Representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presents, promotes and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
  • Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyzes the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Sales Representatives must have the ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality. Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territories effectively. Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time. Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
