Virtual Assistant

The Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals. His/Her duties include conducting research and organizing data, interacting with customers or clients on their employer’s behalf and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizes meetings٫ travels and accommodations
  • Conducts online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies
  • Issues invoices to clients
  • Performs include scheduling appointments, making phone calls, making travel arrangements, and managing email accounts
  • Creates presentations and write official, company-wide correspondence
  • Handles small details to keep the company moving so that your employer can focus on large company goals
  • Responds to emails and phone calls
  • Schedules appointments

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software)
  • Proven experience managing content and posts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
  • Significant experience with current technologies٫ like desktop sharing٫ cloud services and VoIP
  • Strong phone٫ email and instant messaging communication skills

Skills needed for this role

The Virtual Assistant must be organized, be proficient in standard office computer programs, and have excellent communication skills. He/She must also be able to motivate themselves and work independently. Regular communication is vital in this role because virtual assistants are not in the office with their employers. He/She must have the ability to multitask projects.
